Nicole Elizabeth Perusse, born on January 25, 1995, in Lawrence, Massachusetts, is an accomplished athlete, dedicated professional, and community-oriented individual. She lives in Andover, Massachusetts, and has already built a remarkable track record in sports, customer service, and sales. Despite her relatively young age, she has uniquely balanced athletic success with professional growth, making her a standout in multiple fields.

A Diverse Educational Journey


Nicole’s educational path demonstrates her adaptability and commitment to personal growth. She started her high school education at Holderness School in Holderness, New Hampshire, before transferring to Methuen High School in Massachusetts. After completing her sophomore year, she moved to Chelmsford High School for her senior year. This choice, though met with some resistance from her former school, ultimately helped her embrace change and develop the flexibility that would serve her well in her professional and athletic life.

After high school, Nicole enrolled at Valencia Community College in Orlando, Florida, in 2015. Moving to a new city and starting college in an unfamiliar environment challenged her, but it also broadened her perspectives and exposed her to new experiences. She later returned to Massachusetts and attended Middlesex Community College in Lowell, where she completed a business management course. This course provided essential knowledge to benefit her professional journey, equipping her with the skills needed to thrive in business.

Success in Sports


Nicole’s passion for sports has always been a defining part of her life. She excelled in several athletic disciplines, including softball, snowboarding, and tennis. She played softball for various teams, participating in leagues like USSSA, NSA, and ASA. These early experiences helped her develop teamwork and leadership skills, which would later be valuable in her career.

Nicole also became a varsity tennis player in high school, competing in numerous USTA tournaments and earning multiple accolades for her performance. However, one of her most outstanding athletic achievements came in 2007, when she won the national gold medal in Boardercross, a snowboarding event. This victory marked a turning point in her sports career, and she was recognized as a Sports Illustrated champion. She also received a Judges' Choice Award for her consistent top-three finishes across several competitions. Her success in snowboarding was a testament to her dedication, discipline, and natural athletic ability.

Nicole’s athletic pursuits have taught her physical endurance, perseverance, and discipline—qualities that have helped her excel in her personal and professional life.

Professional Career


Nicole’s professional career has spanned several roles, showcasing her ability to excel in diverse industries. She began her work journey at Longhorn Steakhouse in Massachusetts, where she worked as a server and trained bartender from 2015 to 2019. In this fast-paced environment, she learned to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while providing exceptional customer service. She developed strong organizational skills, from managing orders and supplies to handling customer payments. She also earned a bartending diploma and became ServSafe-certified while at Longhorn, enhancing her qualifications for the hospitality industry.

In June 2019, Nicole transitioned into retail as a sales associate at Verizon Wireless in Burlington, Massachusetts. The switch from food service to retail was a significant change, but she handled it efficiently. She quickly became one of the top-performing sales associates, consistently exceeding her sales targets and key performance indicators. Her excellent communication skills and ability to connect with customers helped her resolve issues and exceed expectations.

In November 2019, Nicole joined Burton’s Bar and Grill in Westford, Massachusetts, as a service waitress, where she continues to apply the skills she developed in hospitality and sales. Her responsibilities include processing orders, managing payments, and providing exceptional service in a high-volume environment. Her ability to adapt and perform well under pressure has made her a valued team member in every role she has taken on.

Community Engagement and Volunteer Work


In addition to her professional career, Nicole has also dedicated time to community service and charity work. From 2006 to 2012, she participated in several March of Dimes campaigns, contributing to fundraising efforts to prevent congenital disabilities and premature births. Her involvement in these campaigns allowed her to give back to her community and make a meaningful impact on others.

One of Nicole’s most personal and significant volunteer efforts was her involvement in the Team Shelby campaign. Her cousin Shelby was born prematurely at just one pound and ten ounces. She and her family worked tirelessly to raise funds for Shelby’s medical expenses. Today, Shelby is a healthy young woman, and her efforts in supporting her cousin’s journey testify to her dedication to family and her willingness to make a positive difference.

Nicole Perusse’s journey is a remarkable example of how passion, dedication, and hard work can lead to success in various areas of life. From her athletic achievements to her professional career and community service, she is committed to making the most of every opportunity.
